Vintage Design
On offer is a stunning vintage metal floor lamp, made by an unknown manufacturer. The stand is painted an off-white colour, with the surface being slightly granular to touch. The stand holds a double plated, wide, flattened cylindrical metal shade. The bottom part of the shade is an off-white colour like the stand while the top is a glossy, smooth black enamel. The top is slightly, evenly concave in the middle. A special feature of this lamp is the separate lighting of the bottom and top shade (see photographs). The cable is still the original with a button that enables each part of the shade to be turned on separately (see photographs). This statuesque, elegant piece would truly shine in a home with either a minimal or bold, eclectic style. ELECTRICAL FEATURES This lamp requires 6 lightbulbs in total – 3 x E27 light screw fixtures for the bottom shade and 3 x small, double-pronged halogen lightbulbs for the top of the shade (the later will be included with the lamp).
