An almost 4.5ft tall Plaster Fidelity Statue from the English Regency/ Victorian period. Good form and scale with some Historic restoration over the years, however as seen in the images in fantastic condition. The female figure in classical dress with Spaniel at heel.
The female figure with arm raised in instruction to a small dog at heel. This model is known first in the catalogue of the 19th century garden ornament makers Austin and Seeley. The company was producing this model from circa 1850.
