Vintage Design
Amazing light with a handblown Murano milky blue shaded semi-transparent glass shade in the shape of jellyfish. Beautiful to use with a mirrored bulb, so the light shines right through the shade; this gives a truly magic effect in the dark. The lights are called ”Medusa” this is the first model from the 1960s, designed by Carlo Nason for the Italian manufacturer Leucos. One of the lights still has the original sticker. They are very rare to find and look amazing over a bar or in a vertical formation, especially in the dark when they look as if they are hovering in a sea like jellyfish.
