Magnificent William IV, mahogany abbatant of unusually slim proportions, having original brass gallery above a pair of panelled cupboard doors and fall front which open to reveal original fitted interior with small drawers and original black leather writing surface above a drawer and further panelled cupboard doors enclosing height adjustable shelf, all in striking figured mahogany, fitted with fluted handles and standing on plinth base. This is rare secretaire retains its original finish throughout which has been cleaned and revived in our workshop, all in fantastic condition, ready to place at home, circa 1830.
