Striking French white cylindrical porcelain lidded cannister jar hand decorated and signed by the Limoges artist ‘Alfredo S’. Deicately executed with strawberries, pears, berries, grapes and wild flowers. The body is highlighted with bands of gilt – the back a simple gold motif. Excellent condition, first Quarter 20th. Century. Limoges – the finest of French Porcelain makers.
