The painting belongs to Venetian school, prominent in the end of the 18th century. The artist used the classical red pigment as the base for painting, which was predominantly used in the 18th century painting and abandoned in the early 19th century.
Painting had small damages, and therefore it has been restored by a museum conservator.
The painting comes with the frame, and it is not in perfect shape.
